Is it OK for sensitive skin?

Yes. Sensitive skin’s microbiome is and skin barrier are more sensitive so it warrants more attention and care.

Our natural ingredients are gentle, however the salicylic and fruit acids are exfoliants, so we do recommend patch testing on your inner elbow 48 hours prior to first facial use, just to make sure. Also, when you first use on your face, try it for 5 mins only and don’t let the clay fully dry.

The final recommendation is to remove the clay as gently and with as much care as possible. Fully loosen all of the clay with wet fingers slowly and gently before washing off, and don’t “scrub” the mask of your face.

Is it OK for dry skin?

Yes. The mask is also deeply hydrating and perfect for dry skin.

Flakey and dull skin will have a noticeable glow after the first use.

Similar to the recommendations above, patch test first, and remove the partially dried mask with as much care as possible.

What about shipping times?

USA Domestic: We ship internationally, from our Australian warehouse and due to COVID-19, orders are currently taking 10+ business days.

Australian Domestic: Usually 2-3 business days. However, due to COVID-19, Australian orders may take up to a week.

New Zealand: Usually 4-5 business days. However, due to COVID-19, NZ orders may take up to two weeks.

I’m pregnant, so can I use this?

This product does not contain chemicals in any level that are known to cause harm to yourself or your baby. Tiny, trace amounts of preservatives are used to prevent dangerous pathogen growth, but these are within normal, safe limits. Of course, we always recommend seeking doctor’s approval if you are unsure.

Storing the Probiotic Pink Clay Mask?

Clay dries very fast, so always ensure that you immediately replace the screw cap after applying the mask to your face. Check that cap is threaded properly and not forced closed.

It’s best if you don’t store the product in humid places like your shower.

For highest efficacy from active ingredients, use within 6 months of first opening.

Please keep it out of reach of children.

Can teenagers use the Probiotic Pink Clay Mask?

Yes. Teenage microbiome and skin barrier need even greater care than adults, but please seek your guardian’s permission first.

Our natural ingredients are safe, but like everyone, please patch test before applying to your face.

Why is Crowd Culture’s Pink Clay Mask better than other masks?

Our mask is the only mask that was built as a “Probiotic-First” formula. No other comparable masks have quality probiotics and prebiotic ingredients.

Although we have a high level of quality Australian clay in our formula - contrary to false information out there, higher amounts of clay does not mean “better”. Too much clay usually leads to over-drying and inevitably, breakouts.

Notably, other masks we commonly see have the tiniest amounts of active ingredients in the formula and even then, those ingredients are in their diluted form, meaning they are comprised of mostly water and glycerine.
