Incorrect Orders or Faulty Products
It's important to us that you receive your order on time and in great condition. We do absolutely everything possible to quickly ship and deliver your order on time, in perfect condition.
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will then verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and then give further instructions to you.

Under all circumstances the product must be returned to us.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Crowd Culture Skincare Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure them.
Refunds and Exchanges
We truly hope you'll absolutely love our products - most people do.
However, please note we only offer refunds and exchanges on incorrect orders, damaged or faulty products.
Prior to purchase, please read the detailed ingredient lists and products descriptions carefully, to assess the likelihood of compatibility with your skin type. Always patch test when the product packaging says to do so.
In the rare event that you don't completely love our products or you have some kind of negative reaction, please reach out to our team (and please include photos of your issue) to see if there's anything we can do to help. This kind of feedback also helps us develop better formulas and finished products in future, helping more and more people around the world care for their skin's fragile microbiome.
